Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers and PROs

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Organize team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements.

Delegate tasks effectively and monitor workload to ensure timely completion.

Client Management & Advisory

Serve as a senior advisor for clients, offering expert guidance on the most suitable business structure (e.g., Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore) based on their specific needs.

Handle complex or high-priority client accounts and manage expectations.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Resolve client issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Business Development and Marketing Support

Develop the sales team to provide expert input during client pitches and achieve the monthly and yearly goals.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies, maximizing revenue.

Participate in industry events and network opportunities to represent the company.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell other corporate services to existing clients.

Business Setup & Operations

Oversee the end-to-end business setup process, from initial inquiry to license issuance.

Ensure all documentation is correctly prepared by the team and submitted to the relevant government authorities (e.g., Department of Economic Development, Free Zone Authorities).

Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and legal to streamline the setup process.

Requirements:

-Proven 4-5 years of Business Setup Industry Experience

-In-Depth Knowledge of UAE Business Setup procedures and regulations

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

-Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
