We are a leading business set-up consultancy in Dubai, UAE, seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and helping them navigate the process of setting up their business in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients to promote company formation and related services in Dubai and across the UAE. Handle inbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information on trade licenses, visa services, and company registration. Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to recommend appropriate business set-up solutions. Schedule appointments for the business development team and follow up on client communications. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Stay updated on UAE business set-up regulations and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer support role (experience in UAE business set-up or PRO services is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Tagalog. Positive attitude, target-driven, and highly motivated to achieve results. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures is a plus. Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice.

Education:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
