Team Lead Mobile Development

Job Description
A highly skilled Mobile Team Lead to manage and mentor a cross-functional team of Android and iOS developers. Has strong hands-on experience in both Android and iOS development and is capable of leading projects from concept to deployment. Will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of mobile applications.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor mobile development team members across Android and iOS platforms. Plan, prioritize, and manage the full development lifecycle of mobile projects. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure clean architecture and maintainable code. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues. Oversee release cycles, CI/CD processes, and version control strategies.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Strong expertise in both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Proven leadership experience in a mobile development environment. Experience with cross-platform development tools is a plus (e.g., Flutter, React Native). Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, mobile security, and modern architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture). Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of mobile development experience.
2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
