The Team Lead - Channel Relations is responsible for implementing channel strategy, expanding the partner base, and ensuring operational excellence in all partner-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end channel partner lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
Drive broker engagement through events, training, and incentive management.
Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Liaise with internal teams for resolution of partner issues and campaign alignment.
Build dashboards and performance trackers for broker contribution.
Ensure adherence to compliance, communication, and contractual guidelines.
Conduct market mapping to identify new partnership opportunities.
Key Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
Work Experience
12-15 years in partner/channel management within the real estate industry
Experience in team management and partner engagement strategies
Additional Considerations
Experience in managing large broker networks across geographies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
