to help take our Business Development team in Dubai to the next level.

What You'll Do:




Lead and coach

a team of Business Development Representatives focused on acquiring new local merchants

Monitor and drive performance

to exceed team KPIs and individual sales targets Deliver

onboarding, coaching, and regular training

to support development and sales effectiveness
Track team metrics and reporting; analyze pipeline health and conversion rates

Collaborate closely with country management and cross-functional partners (Ops, Marketing, Content)

Support change initiatives and help implement new tools, strategies, and processes

Act as an escalation point for complex sales conversations and assist with contract negotiations

Contribute to centralized projects to improve productivity and merchant experience

? What Makes You a Great Fit:




Strong English communication skills

3+ years in a sales environment

Proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs


Strong knowledge of sales processes and funnel management
Self motivated and driven with the ability to manage team KPIs and individual performance plans
Hands-on, people-first leader who inspires through example

Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills

Comfortable navigating Salesforce or similar CRMs

Agile mindset -- you thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments
