About the Role

As our Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and leading the development of our web and mobile applications. This role is both hands-on and strategic you'll guide the team technically, mentor developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while staying deeply engaged in coding and problem-solving. Engaging with clients and problem solving will also be needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical development (Hands On) for web and mobile platforms. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. Drive mobile app development with React Native (iOS & Android). Define and implement data architecture best practices (integrity, security, scalability). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) for smooth deliveries. Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and architectural challenges. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Support analytics and ESG reporting integrations (Power BI exposure is a plus). Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and lead sprint planning. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Engage with Clients for problem solving .

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of software development experience, with 3-4 years in a Technical Lead role. Strong hands-on expertise in:
o Backend: Node.js, Express.js

o Frontend: Next.js (React framework)

o Database: PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries)

o Mobile: React Native (iOS & Android development)

Proven experience designing and implementing data architectures. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS ). Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools (good to have). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to mentor, motivate, and scale teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Passion for AI, sustainability, and transforming industries through technology. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
