Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expert to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep local market knowledge, a strong network, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights into market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property acquisitions, sales, and investments across Abu Dhabi Conduct high-level consultations and private viewings for premium listings Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, developers, and institutional investors Stay ahead of market trends, government policies, and urban development plans Negotiate and close complex transactions with professionalism and precision Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate Deep understanding of local property laws, ownership structures, and market dynamics Strong network within the Abu Dhabi real estate and investment community Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle required Professional demeanor, strategic mindset, and client-focused approach Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
