Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Real Estate Specialist with deep expertise in the Abu Dhabi property market. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the city's unique real estate landscape and are passionate about helping clients make informed decisions across residential, commercial, and investment segments.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote properties throughout Abu Dhabi, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in units
Provide expert guidance on local market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations to clients
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Stay up to date on legal regulations, community developments, and competitive offerings
Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Abu Dhabi market
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential and commercial property landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
