Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive knowledge of the local property market, strong client management skills, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the buying, selling, and investment process with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and promote high-end property listings across Abu Dhabi Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes Stay informed about regulatory changes, new developments, and market dynamics Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market Strong understanding of local property laws, trends, and buyer behavior Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage UAE real estate license required Professional, proactive, and client-focused
