We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance and guide our sales executives to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate new leads and convert them into clients for UAE business setup services.
Support and guide team members in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor team KPIs, track performance, and report results to management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, free zones, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular training, role-play sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Stay updated with UAE business setup regulations, packages, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE business setup sales experience, with proven closing skills.
Prior experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
