Job Responsibilities:
- Must share routine information and deal with or delegate tasks to co-members.
- Must be involved in planning, decision-making, and controlling.
- Contribute and be responsible for motivating, disciplining, and resolving conflict and ensuring good working environment within teams.
- Must also take the lead in training and development of co-members to be able to create more leaders and ensures team\xe2\x80\x99s continuous growth and development.
- Responsible for coordination, completion, or delegation of all elements relating to successful sales, including but not limited to product, design services, order entry, acknowledgement verification, order expediting, logistics, installation services, invoicing and collection.
- Ensures team\xe2\x80\x99s and member\xe2\x80\x99s compliance to company policies and that erring Associates are disciplined.
- Assign or delegate tasks to members of the team who can help the team carry out operational responsibilities & especially during operational exigencies.
- Monitoring all assets issued by the company such as, but not limited to, Vaults, computers and its accessories, vehicles etc.
- Awareness of operational policies and guidelines set by the company. Team Head is responsible in making sure that all members are strictly implementing the policies, procedures and directive set by the top management. Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course of Business Management of in any other related fields.
- At least 4 years working experience in handling operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and written Skills.
- Willing to train, coach, supervise and motivate the team.
- Management and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Customer service skills.
- In-depth Product and Business knowledge.
- Integrity and customer focus.
