Job Description

The Customer Solution Consulting Head core focus is leading the sales enablement by providing CEQUENS customers with the required solutions & services, the department is considered the main intersection point of sales, products & development teams encompassing business and operations throughout the company.
The role is the opportunity's qualifier and the representative & demonstrator of the company's products portfolio. This enables the role to have a well-rounded view of the business process, from working with developers, product development, product marketing sales, operations teams, and in charge of the business/technical pre-sales activities of the enterprise customers in multiple segments & verticals.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage & oversee the activities of a team of customer consultants (pre-sales)
  • Engage deeply with the key accounts to identify business challenges, articulate the needed solutions to solve the business problems & achieve the business's goal.
  • Work as the customer consultant of the new trends and services and advise on the best model to adopt while launching a new service.
  • Act as evangelists for the products & services set in discussions with potential customers & partners to direct opinions and inspire action.
  • Work closely with sales team to qualify opportunities & prospects and collaborate on the sales strategy and determine the technical presales engagement needed.
  • Communicate with the product team head/director to collaborate on the products roadmap to make sure the dynamic markets and the customers' needs are captured & reflected in the product strategy.
  • Guarantee the technical applicability of the designed solutions with the technical team with focus on delivering a sustainable solution that fulfils business needs and is future proof.
  • Owns the quality of the Solution-specific deliverables (Technical proposal, demonstration, presentation, Sales Kit, etc.)
  • Actively participate in post-sale supporting activities with the customer success in ensuring continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, consumption, and further expansion of the company's solutions.
Requirements
  • Atleast 10 years in a similar role within the technology space, preferrably CPaas
  • Proven track record of leading a team of Presales Engineers
  • Previous experience in KSA & UAE is a must
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage C suite stakeholders / anticipate requirement
  • Strong Presentation Skills
