You work as an assistant to the management at the pulse of our company and are responsible for the first impression of our business partners at the reception:
Support of the management in administrative matters
Point of contact and hub for internal and external stakeholders
Travel management and reliable appointment coordination
Organization of meetings and events
Minute keeping and writing of demanding correspondence
Creation of presentations in English
Creation of evaluations
Taking on general secretarial duties
Reception and mail management
Job Requirements:
Basic commercial training with further training as a management assistant or comparable
3 years of professional experience, if possible in an international environment
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
empathy and assertiveness
High service orientation, flexibility and initiative
