Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented?TBR / OTR Sales Expert?to lead sales initiatives for truck, bus, and off-the-road tire segments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tire industry, strong relationships in logistics, construction, mining, or transport sectors, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for TBR and OTR tire segments to achieve revenue and volume targets. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts including fleets, transport companies, contractors, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. Provide technical product support and tire selection advice based on operational conditions. Visit clients regularly to maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and generate repeat business. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale in line with company policies. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

3-7+ years of proven sales experience in TBR and/or OTR tires. Strong network in transportation, construction, mining, or heavy equipment industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge of commercial tire applications, specifications, and maintenance. Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or related field. Experience working with major tire brands (e.g., Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, etc.) Familiarity with fleet tire management solutions or digital tracking systems.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
