to lead day-to-day operations of our Tas-heel service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring service quality, and most importantly -- developing and executing strategies to
increase the number of walk-in and corporate customers
.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Tas-heel/Typing Center and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and support typists, customer service agents, and PROs.
Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration rules.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop partnerships with new corporate clients.
Create and implement marketing plans to attract new customers (flyers, online presence, local outreach, etc.).
Analyze customer feedback and improve service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Track center performance against KPIs including customer volume, revenue, and service speed.
Ensure staff are up to date on changes in MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a similar role in a
Tas-heel / Typing Center
.
Strong knowledge of
MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Emirates ID
, and related UAE government systems.
Experience in
team supervision
and
customer service
.
Proven ability to
grow customer base
and meet business targets.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
UAE-based candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
