What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate civil workers handling painting, plastering, tiling, and other related tasks
• Conduct inspections, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress on-site
• Provide training to staff, ensuring adherence to safety rules and operational standards
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Maintain accurate records of activities, equipment usage, and project documentation
• Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and productivity
• Submit timely reports on progress, issues, and performance to the Operations Manager

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil supervision or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, building materials, and site procedures
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely completion of projects
