We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting operations on major construction sites in Dubai, UAE. The role requires strong technical expertise in heavy lifting and crane operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, project safety standards, and company procedures.

Core Duties

• Supervise all lifting operations across project sites in accordance with UAE safety regulations and company protocols
• Ensure lifting plans are prepared, reviewed, and implemented effectively for safe operations
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings before lifting activities
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and engineers to ensure proper execution of lifting tasks
• Inspect and monitor lifting equipment, gear, and accessories, reporting safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, permits, and incident reports
• Support site management in enforcing safety culture and preventing unsafe practices

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate (CITB/Third-Party approved)
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in heavy lifting and crane operations
• Strong technical knowledge of cranes, lifting gear, slings, shackles, and load charts
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other UAE regulatory requirements
• Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Proven ability to maintain safety standards in high-pressure site environments
