Azizi Developments is seeking an MEP Supervisor to oversee site operations and building systems across its projects in Dubai. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising technical teams to ensure MEP tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project standards.

What You'll Do
Plan, assign, and monitor MEP-related activities across multiple sites, ensuring smooth operations
Enforce PPE usage and compliance with safety standards before work commences
Provide on-site supervision, guidance, and training to staff for technical and operational excellence
Verify diagnoses of technical issues and manage complex repair tasks beyond technician level
Respond to urgent and reactive service requests promptly within agreed SLAs
Conduct site inspections to evaluate quality, compliance, and timelines
Manage help desk-related requests in line with operational procedures
Address emergency site issues during and outside working hours as required
Prepare reports on team performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
Ideal Profile
Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in an MEP supervisory or facilities management role
Strong knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
Ability to manage technical staff in high-demand environments
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and maintain compliance under pressure
