The Role

Puffy is looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our growing TA Team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable recruitment support. Your focus will be engaging with Global Top Tier Talent, primarily for Tech roles, building our talent pipelines and helping scale our hiring efforts. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines to deliver both on current and future staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Global TA Team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Build candidate pipelines for key positions
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements
• Assess 'fit' based on both technical competencies as well as more culture-based criteria

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, sourcing recruiter, or similar role ideally within a tech-driven industry
• Deep knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strings
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Insights and talent market mapping a plus
• Experience in proactive sourcing methods and IT platforms such as GitHub & Stack Overflow
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
