Mission Formalize the job positions needs with managers and recruiters, carry out the candidates' pre-qualification process to provide the relevant shortlist to managers and recruiters while always promoting AXA Services image. Main Activities
Job brief: . In collaboration with the recruiter, contribute to the job brief creation with the manager. . Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job brief creation.
Define a sourcing strategy . Identify and select the relevant channel to source candidates . Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
Candidates pre-selection: . Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand. . Provide qualitative short list to the recruiter and manager. . Provide Group Operations pipeline with identified candidates for the needed positions. . Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
Reporting: · Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status
Technical skills: . Sourcing techniques . Ability to work with HR databases, Application / Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Transversal skills: . Oral and written communication skills . Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates . Time management . Ability to work independently . Client-oriented . Adaptability regarding the different Group Operations entities' recruitment processes
