We welcome a motivated Technical Talent Sourcer to search and identify suitable candidates and generate interest in an organization’s vacancies. Tools: Cornerstone, Jira, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Talent Solutions
What you will do – Together with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers build targeted sourcing plans and strategies in order to identify appropriate skill sets to meet current and future resource demands – Suggest innovative solutions to sourcing challenges and offer creative solutions to sourcing hard-to-fill requisitions. – Proactively source passive and active talent through social channels, job boards, relevant platforms and websites to generate diverse and robust talent pipelines (in diverse locations as we hire internationally) – Crafting and sending recruitment mails to engage the technical talents to apply for the role – Provide with already interested qualified candidates – Submit short-listed candidates for review and further proceeding – Assist with creating a deep and diverse talent pool to support global staffing needs. What you will bring in: – Hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting passive talent in the international IT industry – Experience with the international IT market (companies, salary ranges, specifications) – Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques including online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface – Advanced skills in Boolean sourcing techniques – Experience sourcing in social media, GitHub, Stack overflow, Behance and other relevant platforms and CV databases – Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams – Strong communication and sales skills; able to articulate the unique value proposition of Webb Fontaine and our open roles – Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges.
