The Talent Manager takes the lead on several strategic streams within the HR department: performance management, feedback ecosystem and the local L&D agenda for the Middle East Unit
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Main point of contact / expert on performance management for MC, MS and MESOM
Lead performance management process and system management, oversight and improvements
Direct interface with staffing with regards to performance and development of ME consultants
Work closely with the global talent and HRIS team on system enhancements
Lead the organization of performance reviews end-to-end
Coordinate the MEA principal election process
Lead the ME MS talent processes in close coordination with the global functions, including
o Lead the coordination and organization of MS performance reviews o Review job descriptions and promotion requests to ranks 25-30. Work closely with regional HRD and functional (group) leaders on Pay Factors process and approvals o Coordinate the Immediate Impact Reward Program
Support MEA HRMs and HRD in any additional talent related topics
Implement and lead the ME probation process
Lead the out-counsel process
Professional Development and training
Manages professional development plan and budget
Organize and coordinate local training events, including onboarding programs
Works with the global L&D team to align on training needs and opportunities, and work with the local talent initiatives to define and roll-out complimentary content
Work with the global L&D team to identify and manage local learning providers
Work together with MS department heads and MC to set up MS development program
Drive the MBA sponsorship program
Drive the individual learning program
Liaison between global L&D and People Experience team to make sure the right learning opportunities are activated for all employees
Feedback
Lead the implementation and compliance of different feedback tools within ME, closely supporting the MEA HRD and HRMs and MC leading counter parts, including:
o EPE project feedback: implementation, training, follow up and improvement initiatives o 360: communication, implementation and follow up o NFS: communication, implementation and optimization
Career management
Work closely with global talent teams and regional stakeholders to develop and implement career tracks for specialized groups (including specialist track, but also flexible tracks)
Knowledge and skills requirements:
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentational
Excellent analytical skills
Strong understanding of HR processes
Deep understanding of the business context

Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally
Exercise mature judgement in decision making
Ability to gain trust and confidence of all employees
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a professional services environment in a similar role
**The role sits under the Learning & Talent Development function and reports to the MEA Talent Director. We are looking for an experienced talent development professional(doesn\xe2\x80\x99t involve recruitment) working ideally in consulting or professional/legal services. The salary offered is AED 33K \xe2\x80\x93 35K dependant on experience**
