The Role
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading the Talent Management strategy across the business, aligning across key areas such as Talent, Learning, Emiratisation, Manpower planning and contributing the People and Culture agenda. As the Director of Talent, you will lead and manage a successful team, working closely with executive management team.

- Lead, develop and drive Talent Management across the organisation
- Emiratization programmes, supporting development
- Employer branding and experience
- Performance development
- Onboarding experience to promote engagement and retention
- Manpower planning, succession
- Develop competency framework
- 12 to 15 years\' experience with relevant TM skill set
- Degree qualified, Human Resources with relevant experience
- Proven experience of leading and developing TM initiatives
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation
- Experience of managing and leading teams
- UAE National Only
