Talent Analytics Senior Specialist for International Consulting Firm, Dubai

The role is responsible for supporting the talent analytics agenda including implementing data- driven solutions, developing use cases and uncovering insights. The role is also responsible for supporting the delivery of talent analytics projects and its related operations.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development of a library of data-driven talent related use cases (incl. conducting research, documenting findings, preparing presentations)

\xc2\xb7 Support in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive set of key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the identified use cases

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with relevant departments to implement cross functional data driven use cases.

o Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources.

o Continuously monitor and ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of the data, identifying and resolving data quality issues

o Analyze the data by applying statistical and data analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations and to achieve the use case objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast talent-related trends.

\xc2\xb7 Design and build visually engaging and informative performance management dashboards for business stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate data findings to relevant stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the digital department to integrate systems and technologies, that support interdepartmental use cases and ensure seamless data flow

\xc2\xb7 Support the Talent Analytics Senior Manager in delivering talent analytics projects, in close coordination with the Digital department.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with product developers and relevant project managers (e.g., Emtech team, external developers)

\xc2\xb7 Support in testing newly developed tools and related add-ons

Skills:

Bachelor\'s Degree, Masters is a plus

\xc2\xb7 With 2-4 years of experience in people analytics, business analytics or data analytics (experience in consulting and/or talent development is a plus)

\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to crunch and interpret complex data and draw actionable insights and recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others

\xc2\xb7 Service-oriented attitude, proactive thinker, information seeker, team player

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work within an unstructured fast paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
