Contribute to the development of a library of data-driven talent related use cases (incl. conducting research, documenting findings, preparing presentations)
Support in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive set of key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the identified use cases
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to implement the cross functional data driven use cases
Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast talent-related trends
Design and build visually engaging and informative performance management dashboards for business stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate data findings to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with the digital department to integrate systems and technologies, that support interdepartmental use cases and ensure seamless data flow
Support the Talent Analytics Senior Manager in delivering talent analytics projects, in close coordination with the Digital department
Coordinate and liaise with product developers and relevant project managers (e.g., Emtech team, external developers)
Support in testing newly developed tools and related add-ons
Support in change management activities related to the new talent tools and other analytics projects
Maintain and manage updates to google sites and other relevant documentation
Support in following up with end users of the tools on critical tasks and deadlines and answering their requests
Support in the preparation and development of related material, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations and excel sheets
Criteria:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 2-4 years of experience in people analytics, business analytics or data analytics
Experience in consulting and/or talent development is a plus would be an advantage
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business analytics would be advantageous
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to crunch and interpret complex data and draw actionable insights and recommendations
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others
Service-oriented attitude, proactive thinker, information seeker, team player
Ability to work within an unstructured fast paced environment
Strong MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR processes would be an advantage
Must currently reside in the UAE
