This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across global markets, with a particular focus on sourcing candidates from Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, and the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have strong international recruitment expertise, vendor management capabilities, and a solid understanding of labor law compliance across different jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment Execution
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, Indeed, and other global or niche job boards.
Proactively source active and passive candidates using Boolean search, AI-driven tools, and professional networks.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a range of positions, including technical, commercial, administrative, and leadership roles--handling screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Global Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across international regions, with a focus on Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, and MENA.
Coordinate international hiring logistics, including relocation support, visa processing, and cultural integration.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
Manage relationships with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners and third-party agencies to align external support with hiring priorities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to define job requirements, interview frameworks, and selection criteria.
Candidate Evaluation & Compliance
Develop and administer role-specific assessments, such as case studies or simulations, to evaluate both technical and behavioral competencies.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor regulations, including UAE labor law, GDPR, and region-specific standards.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Promote the organization's employer brand through digital platforms, industry forums, and virtual or in-person recruitment events.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
Conduct market research to provide insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.
Advise HR leadership and hiring teams on recruitment strategy adjustments based on data and market conditions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in full-cycle recruitment, with exposure to both
technical and non-technical functions
.
Demonstrated success in international hiring across Europe, Southeast Asia, the US/Canada, and the MENA region.
Experience managing RPO partners and third-party recruitment vendors.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), and CRM tools.
Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and recruitment compliance practices.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in
