Requirements:

Minimum

3 to 4 years of UAE experience

in

recruitment or talent acquisition

, preferably in the

construction or contracting industry

.

Hands-on experience in hiring engineers

(Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HSE, etc.) and technical site staff. Proven track record in managing

end-to-end recruitment

for both office and project-based roles. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and coordination

skills. Proficient in

MS Office

and well-versed with

online recruitment platforms

(LinkedIn, job portals, etc.). Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ready to

join immediately

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

full recruitment cycle

-- from manpower planning, job posting, and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Identify and attract top talent, particularly

engineers and technical professionals

for ongoing and upcoming projects. Coordinate with

Project Managers, HR, and Department Heads

to understand specific job requirements. Conduct

screening interviews

and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit. Maintain a

talent database

and proactively build a pipeline for future requirements. Prepare and issue

offer letters

, and coordinate the

joining formalities

. Track and report recruitment metrics such as

time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness

. Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with

UAE labor laws

and company policies. Contribute to

employer branding initiatives

and professional networking to attract high-quality candidates.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

construction and engineering roles

. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume recruitment. Proficient in

Excel

, and

online sourcing tools

. Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
