GCI Contracting, under LEOS Developments, is looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to support the hiring needs of our fast-growing construction operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring white-collar roles within the UAE construction sector, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record in closing niche and hard-to-fill positions. Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and targeted headhunting. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions. Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers. Provide recruitment insights, weekly updates, and hiring status reports. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards, ensuring compliance with company policy and UAE labor laws.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of UAE recruitment experience

within the

construction industry

(mandatory). Proven success in hiring white-collar roles such as Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Design, HSE, Commercial, HR, and Finance. Strong experience in closing

niche and senior-level roles

under tight timelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience using

ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

Preferred Skills & Traits

Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented. Strong understanding of UAE market salary ranges and talent availability. Ability to work under pressure and support urgent hiring requirements.
