Job Overview
:
The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process (360) for technical, engineering, and administrative roles across A&M Contracting's operations.
This role supports workforce planning, employer branding, and ensures the hiring of qualified candidates in alignment with project demands and manpower plans.
What will you do?
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Partner with department heads and project managers to forecast staffing needs based on
project timelines and mobilization plans
.
Develop job descriptions in coordination with HR and department heads.
Maintain and update
manpower plans
and vacancy trackers.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
Post jobs on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, Indeed, etc.) as well as deal with our partners for any blue-collar needs.
Utilize
headhunting, CV databases, employee referrals
, and local recruitment agencies to source candidates.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for frequently hired positions (e.g., engineers, foremen, skilled workers).
3. Screening & Interviewing
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural and functional fit.
Coordinate technical interviews with line managers and support evaluation and scoring.
Maintain detailed
interview records and candidate evaluations
.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
Prepare
offer letters and negotiate salaries
within budget.
Ensure all pre-employment requirements are fulfilled (documents, visa, medical, etc.).
Coordinate onboarding schedules with the HR Admin and site HR teams.
5. Employer Branding & Recruitment Events
Participate in career fairs, industry events, and collaborate with technical institutes for sourcing.
Represent A&M Contracting Co. as an
employer of choice
in the industry.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports (vacancy status, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Ensure hiring process complies with
UAE labor laws
and internal HR policies.
