Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Post and advertise job openings across multiple platforms
Prepare job descriptions and screen applications
Conduct interviews and assessments aligned with role requirements
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and visa processing
Liaise with PRO department for employment visa applications
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Represent the company in campus hiring and job fairs
Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for talent trends
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE construction sector
Experience with both white-collar and blue-collar staffing
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa procedures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
