The role is for a manufacturing industry based in Ajman and is open for both Male or Female candidates. Desired Profile:

MBA / Diploma in HR
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE, preferably in manufacturing / Engineering Industry
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles in the industry.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Job Portals and other recruitment platforms.
Immediate availability preferred.
