We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to direct and coordinate the planning, development and daily operations of our Recruiting Team supporting ME, Africa and APAC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the activities of the recruiting team including training, employee development, performance management, hiring decisions, recognition and retention methods, and establish goals and performance metrics for recruiters and the team.
Provide continual evaluation of recruitment processes, methods and activities to assure the most effective use and continual improvement of resources and systems.
Manage budget and expenditures.
Implement and coordinate policies and programs related to the recruiting function.
Provide Talent Acquisition consulting expertise to management and employees.
Consult with Recruiters, HR business partners and Hiring Managers to address root causes of issues and resolves through a systematic and analytical approach.
Manage external partner relationships, e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Universities, Build a network of D, E &I recruitment sources.
Be an ambassador for NOV\xe2\x80\x99s D,E&I initiatives and NOV\xe2\x80\x99s Shared Values.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Consult
Collaborate with HR and Managers to meet hiring business objectives.
Conduct weekly update calls with VP\xe2\x80\x99s and or Director\'s of HR to inform and communicate current requisition and hiring status.
Monitor and modify requisition assignments to support Recruiters and optimize requisition workloads, as needed.
Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Manage
Guide, coach and mentor the Recruiting Team in their daily activities.
Communicate the Purpose, Goals and Objectives of the Recruiting function.
Work with internal and external partners to optimize NOV\xe2\x80\x99s brand in social media, NOV website, NOV Career page and internal communications.
Proficient in the use of NOV\xe2\x80\x99s recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources] to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud/HUB Recruiting preferred
Measure
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Maintain records on recruiting activities
Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
