Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports To: Head of HR
Location: UAE (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
Salary Range: AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 per month
Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic role focused on building a long-term talent pipeline and securing specialized, hard-to-find, and senior-level talent. This role goes beyond filling immediate vacancies to proactively designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that address future business needs, employer branding, and market mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Planning:

  • Develop a proactive talent acquisition strategy focused on pipelining for critical and niche roles, often in partnership with business leaders.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to understand the competitive landscape and identify key talent pools.
  • Focus on building a sustainable pipeline for future leadership and specialized technical roles.
Specialized & Leadership Hiring:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, executive, and highly specialized positions.
  • Utilize advanced direct sourcing techniques, including headhunting, complex Boolean searches, and leveraging professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Design and manage sophisticated assessment methodologies for senior roles.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing:
  • Develop and lead the employer branding strategy in collaboration with Marketing/Communications.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and university campuses to build brand presence.
  • Create targeted talent marketing campaigns to attract passive candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting:
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights on organizational design, team composition, and long-term talent needs.
  • Consult with business leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks for specialized roles, and competitive hiring practices.
Metrics & Analytics:
  • Analyze recruitment data to provide strategic insights on talent acquisition effectiveness, quality of hire, and return on investment for various sourcing channels.
  • Continuously innovate the talent acquisition function by introducing new tools and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of deep experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on strategic sourcing, headhunting, and hiring for senior-level and specialized positions.
  • Proven experience in a "in-house" corporate environment managing complex, business-critical hires.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and candidate relationship management (CRM).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, consulting, and executive-level communication skills.
