The role will be responsible for supporting all talent acquisition activities across a well-established Healthcare business, helping to ensure we deliver an exemplary recruitment service to the subsidiaries and group of companies.
Job Responsibilities: Supporting all talent acquisition activities across the MENA with a focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition team to create exceptional stakeholder experiences. Proactive candidate sourcing, networking, and pipelining abilities. Ability to work with hiring managers at all levels to understand their hiring requirements and create an effective talent-sourcing strategy. Support the Regional HR Manager with administrative tasks such as database management, interview scheduling, and the preparation of weekly reports Ability to develop compensation offers based on current employee data and market trends. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to be able to manage multiple hiring requirements at a time Resilience to working in an ambiguous but collaborative working environment This position reports to the HR Manager based in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be expected to attend hiring briefing meetings with senior business stakeholders and be the first point of contact for businesses with external talent up to the Director level.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience. Must be based in UAE and has UAE experience. Will ideally have an understanding of the pharmaceutical or associated healthcare sectors Bachelor\'s degree is preferred but what is more important is initiative, imagination, and the ability to develop creative solutions to identify talent-sourcing requirements Must be able to demonstrate a high level of energy and strong interpersonal communications capability
