You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent by employing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as resume databases, professional networks, and job fairs.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, goals, and specific hiring requirements.
- Guide best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization\'s employer brand.
- Promote the company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Full understanding of recruitment processes and cycles.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and Negation skills
- Data analytics and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
- Excellent team-management abilities, in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment
