Position Overview: The primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent by employing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Strategy Development:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create and implement sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as resume databases, professional networks, and job fairs.
Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, goals, and specific hiring requirements.
Guide best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization\'s employer brand.
Promote the company culture and values to potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Full understanding of recruitment processes and cycles.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and Negation skills
Data analytics and reporting
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
Excellent team-management abilities, in a multicultural environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment
