The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pool construction, including excavation, waterproofing, MEP integration, and finishing works. This role involves leading site teams, ensuring project quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily construction activities related to swimming pool works.
Assign and monitor tasks for site workers and subcontractors.
Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved pool drawings, design specs, and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with MEP teams, waterproofing specialists, and finishing contractors.
Communicate progress, challenges, and site needs to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of site materials and equipment.
Maintain daily site logs, worker attendance, and progress documentation.
Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical certification.
4-5 years of direct experience in
swimming pool construction
(residential and/or commercial).
Strong knowledge of civil and MEP coordination, waterproofing systems, and pool finishes.
Proven ability to read and interpret pool construction drawings and technical specs.
Skilled in managing manpower and subcontractors effectively.
Familiarity with construction safety procedures and reporting.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation is a plus.
