Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for landscape and swimming pool projects
Lead teams of workers including masons, plumbers, helpers, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow
Execute tasks based on project drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and work progress
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
Perform quality checks and report progress to management on a daily basis
Handle site-level problem-solving and workforce discipline as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE
in a similar role, specifically in
landscaping and swimming pool works
Proven knowledge of site execution for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, water features, pool piping, tiling, waterproofing, etc.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site staff and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret landscape and pool construction drawings
Good understanding of health and safety practices on site
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Additional Skills:
? Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
? Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, material handling, and quality assurance.
? Capable of identifying and resolving conflicts or issues on-site proactively.
