Supply Chain Solutions Design Manager - Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
DP World is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Design Manager in Dubai, UAE to lead the design and development of end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions. This role is responsible for preparing RFQ concepts, creating commercial offers, and developing detailed technical designs post-award. The position requires close collaboration with business development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of large- and small-scale supply chain solutions as part of the RFQ process.
• Develop customer proposal concepts including process flow diagrams, KPIs, and facility layouts.
• Collaborate with business development, account management, and operations teams during solution development.
• Present technical solutions to customers through proposals, calls, and presentations.
• Transition RFQ concepts into detailed designs during the launch phase.
• Support and lead new business launches including master data creation, process validation, infrastructure works, and contractor management.
• Ensure technical and engineering elements are delivered to high quality standards and timelines.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven project management and operational experience.
• Change management expertise and ability to lead implementation effectively.
