Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scaffolding operations to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Review and finalize work specifications, manpower plans, and equipment requirements.
• Develop and interpret method statements, procedures, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project progress with supervisors, ensuring commercial and operational goals are met.
• Create detailed project completion programs with manpower allocation.
• Oversee accident investigations, root cause analysis, and safety reporting.
• Build repair and maintenance strategies for vessel projects, optimizing yard equipment and resources.
• Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs for subordinates.
• Motivate, train, and lead a large workforce for scaffolding and related activities.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of scaffolding experience in marine and construction industries.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing large-scale scaffolding teams.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in rope access and deckhand activities within the maritime sector.
• Strong technical knowledge in scaffolding, hydro blasting, and rope access operations.
• Competency certifications in scaffolding and hydro blasting required.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management tools.
• Prior experience in ship repair and new building projects.
