Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist Grade: G6 Location: Tabuk

JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. The Supply Chain Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring that supply chain operations are discharged effectively and efficiently. This includes the processes for ordering, shipping, receiving, storing, accounting and delivery of products and materials to meet customer demands. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Delivery of the supply chain operations functionalities including: o Customer demand capture and validation o Customer order processing o Priority order management and expediting o Inventory management and accounting o Non-conformance management o Receive and store material o Pick material o Despatch, distribution and tracking of material · Collection and use of supply chain management data and information: o Maintaining of supply chain management data requirements o Reporting of supply chain management status, at macro and micro levels o Analysing data outputs to identify risks and areas for performance improvement and efficiency · Stakeholder engagement: o Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external functional stakeholders · Training & development o Pass on knowledge, experience and process training to junior members of the team through structured On the Job Training RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

· Proven background in a supply chain management role · An understanding of military supply chain processes is preferred but not essential. · Extensive knowledge of supply chain functionalities as per the listed principle accountabilities. · Minimum of HND or equivalent qualifications in supply chain/logistics. · Strong quantitative, analytical skills/experience. · An excellent understanding of SHE policy, procedures and its application in the workplace. · Compliance with all SHE standards and objectives. · Ensure all mandated SHE training is completed. · Ensure timely resolution of any SHE non-compliances or observations as required. · Understanding of WOME and DAC compliance requirements.
