We are hiring a Supply Chain and Purchasing coordinator for our Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) site in Dubai. Reporting to the Supply Chain @ Purchasing Supervisor, MENA, you will be based at our plant in the free trade zone of Dubai. Activities may include but are not limited to

We are hiring a Supply Chain and Purchasing coordinator for our Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) site in Dubai. Reporting to the Supply Chain @ Purchasing Supervisor, MENA, you will be based at our plant in the free trade zone of Dubai. Activities may include but are not limited to
- Coordinate with the store, on documents in line.
- Handling the purchase order for trading goods
- Handling the relationship with suppliers
- Handling purchasing for raw materials
- Handling relations with Outsourcing Partners
- Maintaining physical records related to core activity
- Back up for colleagues who are on leave
- Respond positively to all requirements coming from managers
- University Education.
- Proficiency in Database Analysis, Google sheets, and Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Computer knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Should have working experience in Logistics and Supply Chain preferably in the Gulf country.
- Ability to handle a number of key tasks at a time
- Holding Passport without ECR (Employee Check required)
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Good in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Willing to stay in JAFZA accommodation provided by the Company.
