The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in operations/fulfilment network design

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Purchasing experience of plastic and electronic components from China is essential. 70% of our Purchase is from China and having good experience of purchase from China will surely add value.
- Global sourcing experience in America and Europe will add value. The person will have America purchase team reporting and hence local experience will further add value.
- Logistic, EXIM and ensuring non-stop supply of Raw material during tough times for Business sustainability is needed in SCM head.
- Deliver cost-effective business process improvements, control inventory budgets
- Oversee demand planning & will review the service levels currently provided by logistics supplier and move the relationship forward to ensure further enhanced levels of service.
- This role will interface with field-based Operations, IS, Finance, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless stock management and delivery system in a cost effective way.
- To ensure efficient supply chain management to manage the variability in demand, where the total cost is composed of raw material and other acquisition costs, inbound transportation costs, facility investment costs, direct and indirect manufacturing costs, direct and indirect distribution center costs, inventory holding costs, inter-facility transportation costs, and outbound transportation cost.
- Responsible for the strategic development of supply chain, Logistics and Purchase processes and systems.
Educational Qualifications And Experience:
- B.E.+ MBA 15-18 years of experience in above areas preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing Industry.
