Emerson Automation Solutions is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Supply Chain and Operations Planner to support our MRO Customer Care team. The major responsibilities of the Supply Chain and Operations Planner include Master Scheduling and driving on time customer delivery - for the Dubai Measurement Manufacturing Center and the Dahran Measurement Manufacturing Center (remotely from Dubai).
In addition to collaboration and attention to detail skills, the Supply Chain and Operations Planner should be excellent at data analysis using Excel.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Determining Promised Ship Date of the order & updating it in the Business System
Maintenance of Manufacturing Prospectus which provides customers an expected lead time
Continuous improvement of overall Service Levels (Analyze root cause of delayed orders and develop plan of action to improve service levels)
Expedite urgent orders
Develop Local Build Monthly Build Plan forecast to set commitment to total business Sales
To Lead Cumulative ATP Risk review with other stake holders to identify issues causing
extension in ATP LT for standard forecasted parts
To Lead Leadtime Extension meetings to identify issues causing Lead time extensions
To liaise with Global Master scheduling team and to ensure local process comply with Global master scheduling guidelines
Support Purchasing team to identify cause codes for stockouts
