Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to meet company's production needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials and products. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for the brand. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure that materials and products meet quality standards and production timelines. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company's ethical standards and sustainability practices. Stay up-to-date on market trends and supply chain innovations to help improve company's sourcing strategies. Manage and maintain detailed records of supplier information, contracts, and communication. Assist in troubleshooting any supply chain issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to production timelines.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to assess and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. A degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
