Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising strategies.
Ensure high standards of customer service and address complaints.
Oversee daily branch operations, including cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product organization.
Handle cash management and daily financial transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory and administrative records.
Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
Assign duties and create work schedules for staff.
Requirements:
2-5 years of sales experience in the restaurant and bakery field.
Valid Residents Permit.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including staff, inventory, and operations.
Preferred for Arabic nationality

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
