Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Manage relationships with key supermarket and gift market clients, ensuring excellent service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Coordinate and execute sales strategies across various retail channels, including seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
Ensure consistent brand representation and high standards of merchandising in all store types.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or product categories.
Conduct regular store visits and spot checks to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a merchandise supervisory or management role within Food/FMCG.
Strong knowledge of General/Traditional Trade operations and/or gift market retail environments.
Ability to analyze data and respond to insights with actionable plans.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across all Emirates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and sales reporting tools experience is a plus.
