Supervisor - Joinery Works
with
a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience
to oversee joinery activities and ensure smooth site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate joinery works at site.
Ensure timely completion of joinery and carpentry tasks as per project specifications.
Monitor workmanship and finishing quality to meet high standards.
Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
as a Joinery Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of joinery and carpentry techniques, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
