We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience supervising both interior fit-out (civil) and electrical works. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects while maintaining site safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all activities related to interior fit-out and civil works. Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is done according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to address issues or changes. Maintain detailed site records including daily reports, attendance, time sheets, and material usage. Ensure timely availability of required materials and site tools; manage stock and deliveries. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Electrical Supervision:

Supervise all electrical works related to the fit-out project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and DEWA standards. Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate with civil and design teams to align installations with overall project plans. Monitor availability and proper use of electrical materials and tools on-site. Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety procedures. Report progress and technical challenges to project management regularly.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and/or electrical site supervision. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, civil and electrical systems. Familiar with UAE building codes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with various project stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
