Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor and Site Engineer specializing in high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction and execution of luxury residential interiors and high-end F&B projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out with precision, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, design intent, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project timelines.
Collaborate with the project management team to maintain efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out and luxury residential/F&B construction projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and execution methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools is a plus.
