We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
FMCG Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day operations in sales, distribution, or retail within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced in team supervision, inventory management, and FMCG operations, with the ability to meet sales goals, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a team toward achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, or store staff to achieve performance targets.
Sales Monitoring:
Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Stock Control:
Ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and minimize losses or damages.
Training & Development:
Train new staff on company procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Customer Service:
Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Merchandising:
Ensure effective product displays and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Reporting:
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS or ERP systems
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when needed
